IQ OQ PQ Traceable Service for All Your Laboratory Equipment

Installation Qualification (IQ) ensures your laboratory equipment is properly installed. From electrical supplies to proper spacing, Equipment Calibration Services will thoroughly analyze all installation documentation and develop client specific reports for each instrument serviced.

In addition to IQ, ECS will put your equipment and instrumentation through stringent testing, pushing the equipment to its operational limits. Our Operational Qualification (OQ) procedure produces reports and certificates evaluating maximum and minimum parameters.

Critical final testing takes place under normal laboratory conditions. Our performance qualification (PQ) process analyzes the operational requirements and parameters necessary for proper application under standard and ambient environmental settings.

Installation Qualification (IQ):
Validation of installation procedure. Reports will be developed and include the manufacture’s manual requirements. ECS will ensure, when applicable, the following are acceptable according to manufacturer’s specifications and requirements: location, electrical sources, spacing, locking mechanisms, gasket integrity, safety features, exhaust mechanisms, digital/analog interfaces, leveling, fasteners (screws, bolts, nails etc), shelving and software/hardware.

Operational Qualification (PQ):
Reports will be developed and include the manufacture’s manual requirements for maximum and minimum operational parameters. ECS will uses these parameters or the client’s specification and test the equipment accordingly.

Performance Qualification (PQ):
Reports will be developed and include the manufacture’s manual requirements for normal operation. ECS will uses these parameters or the client’s specification and test the equipment accordingly.
